Part of a national synthetic biology network
PSBA is the University of Western Australia node of Plant SynBio Australia, a collaborative network of university nodes funded through Bioplatforms Australia under the National Collaborative Research Infrastructure Strategy (NCRIS).
Together, the network provides infrastructure and expertise in gene editing, plant transformation, transient expression and biomanufacturing for research, government and industry partners across Australia.
This portal is the day-to-day operational tool for the UWA node — for MiSeq-based plasmid sequencing submissions and other serives.
